Her approach  and background are unique in helping you realize your goals. For three decades she’s enjoyed a successful academic career and as an admissions committee member evaluated thousands of undergraduate and graduate applications.   She is currently serving as a local Alumni Interviewer for Cornell University. As a former faculty member, she’s successfully guided her clients to through the college admissions process, but more important, her students are well-prepared becoming more self-motivated and directed young adults ready to succeed as undergraduates.  Dr. Rabin also guides parents in traditional and unique family settings to navigate the complex financial aid and scholarships process.  Bonnie understands what is required to make a positive impression on faculty and admissions officers evaluating your application.   Be Inspired!

Customized Career Coaching

As an HR consultant and former HR Director, she has reviewed thousands of resumes and cover letters and has also interviewed many internal and external job candidates. Having worked with supervisors throughout a variety of organizations, she knows what captures hiring managers’ attention to gain an interview and secure an employment offer.  Bonnie’s  career coaching will assist recent graduates and emerging professionals to understanding how to make the most of organizational policies in navigating your experiences.


Originally from New York City and Ithaca NY, Bonnie currently resides in Florida serving clients throughout the US and locally.  When not in front of her laptop, she can be found experimenting with vegan cooking, practicing Yoga, cycling, listening to Jazz, beach combing and generally enjoying the great outdoors. She’s the proud mother of two adult children; her daughter earned a MS in engineering and is a founder and award-winning CEO of an energy-harvesting company and her son is a software development engineer at a start-up in the high technology sector.

Dr. Rabin earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees at Cornell University with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management. Her undergraduate degree was earned in Economics and Mathematics at New York University.   She looks forward to sharing her passion of helping young adults reach their educational and career goals.
