This 5-day June workshop is perfect for rising high school seniors who want to complete their Common Application before their summer vacation and busy senior year of high school.
Our Sunday Fall Series provides students with a dedicated weekly time to engage and make steady progress on college applications. Students engage in ongoing work on college-specific supplemental essays and scholarship applications. Bonnie R. Rabin, Ph.D., provides expert knowledge and caring support before, during, and after your workshop.

During the Workshop
COMPLETE YOUR COMMON APPLICATION: Receive guidance to answering all sections, questions and prompts.
PERSONAL WRITING CONFERENCES: throughout the week provide you with candid and specific feedback focused on completing your required Common Application Core essay to showcase your strengths and set you apart from other applicants. You’ll leave the workshop with a polished final draft of your core essay and a secondary essay to adapt for your college-specific supplemental essays.
CREATE YOUR ACTIVITIES RESUME and Common Application Activities Statement to highlight your accomplishments for admissions, references, scholarships and admission interviews. Receive proprietary activities resume template.
RECOMMENDATIONS and INTERVIEWS: Workshop participants will learn how to solicit amazing teacher recommendations and will discuss your personal strategy for alumni/admissions and scholarship interviews.

We meet daily including some weekend time in a small group welcoming & inclusive setting. Students of all majors and academic levels welcome!! Our 10th annual workshop will run on Zoom in its fourth year – group presentations and one-on-one break-out writing sessions available to students nationwide from the comfort of home.
